As a lifelong residence of Wichita Falls, in North Central Texas, Noros has deep family ties to the real estate and development of Wichita Falls. He received his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University (MSU) with a major in Business and minor in Finance. Noros was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army Field Artillery.
Following overseas military service, Noros returned to Wichita Falls where he served as a banking officer and member of the Board of Directors at First Wichita National Bank. It was there he learned the importance of making sure that trust and loyalty are part of every customer transaction.
In the aftermath of the 1979 tornado, he founded and served as the first President of the Better Business Bureau serving North Central Texas until his retirement in December 2003. Following 24 years in that position he chose to join his wife, Dee Ann by assisting her in her successful real estate career. Noros and Dee Ann are members of 1st United Methodist church where they sing in the church choir. Together, they have been inducted into the 80th FTW Hall of Fame for their continued support of ENJJPT at SAFB. They are the only known American husband and wife to be decorated by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for their support of the Royal Netherland Air Force Detachment at SAFB. They were also recognized by the Dillard College of Business Administration at MSU as the Academic Internship Program Business Partner of the Year 2009. In 2013, Noros obtained his Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification and is committed to serving our military.
Throughout his business career, Noros has also been actively involved in community service. He served as President of the Downtown Rotary Club and Children’s Aid Society and has been involved in all levels of Boy Scouting and other non-profit organizations.
