Dee Ann brings nearly 26 years of business experience to the world of real estate. She is a graduate of Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She taught in the public schools before joining her husband, Noros Martin in Germany.
As natives of Wichita Falls, she and Noros have welcomed hundreds of Europeans and Americans in to their city and home for the past 26 years while serving as sponsors of the Royal Netherlands Air Force Detachment at Sheppard Air Force Base. Dee Ann has a long history of business and community involvement, which includes serving as Chairman of the Wichita Falls Parks Board, Lake Wichita Study Committee and the YMCA. She currently represents Wichita Falls as a member of the Sheppard Air Force Base Area Relations Committee and the SAFB Heritage Center Board and serves on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, Vernon College Foundation Board and the Wichita Falls Symphony Board. The United Way, Junior League, United Regional Health Care System City County Board, Cattle Baron's Ball, Falls Fest, and the Woman's Forum have all received Dee Ann's committed volunteer service. She and Noros are members of First United Methodist Church where she sings in the choir. Married 41 years, they have two children and four grandchildren.

As a life long residence of Wichita Falls, Noros has deep family ties to the real estate and development of Wichita Falls. He received his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University with a major in business and minor in finance. Noros was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army filed Artillery.
Following overseas military service, Noros returned to Wichita Falls where he served as the lobby-banking officer at First Wichita National Bank. It was there he learned the importance of service to the customer.
In the aftermath of the 1979 tornado, he founded and served as the first President of the Better Business Bureau serving North Central Texas until his retirement in December 2003. Following 24 years in that position he chose to join his wife, Dee Ann by assisting her in her successful real estate career.
Throughout his business career, Noros has been actively involved in community service. He served as past President of the Downtown Rotary Club and Children's Aid Society and has been involved in all levels of Boy Scouting. He and Dee Ann have welcomed hundreds of Europeans and Americans into their city and home for the past 26 years while serving as sponsors of the Royal Netherlands Air Force Detachment at Sheppard Air Force Base.

"Real Estate-The Right Fit"
As the Broker for Advantage Realtor Group let me welcome you to our website and thank you for your interest in finding "the right fit" among our group for your real estate needs.
While a student at Midwestern State University I was fortunate to have associated myself part-time with a local real estate, development and construction company. It was then that I realized that the real estate field was the career that I would follow. My exposure to processing and brokering mortgage loans, staffing open houses and learning the homebuilding business was the perfect "jump-start" for me.
After serving our country for 2 years during the Vietnam era I returned to Wichita Falls to continue my career in real estate by serving for 14 years as President/CEO of a local title insurance company. During this time I earned a Texas real estate broker's license and began teaching real estate related courses.
My quest for knowledge was further expanded when I had the honor of serving the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors for 9 years as Executive Director. My goal was to advance the Realtor agenda by implementing many technological enhancements, offering value added services to our members and an educational format.
Civic contributions include former Gold Coat Ambassador of the Wichita Falls Board of Commerce and Industry, served 3 terms as trustee of a local community school board and planning/zoning committee.

Having grown up in Wichita Falls, Analisa appreciates the wonderful family oriented community where she lives and works. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1997. Analisa began her real estate career working as an assistant in 1997 and received her license in April 2005. She serves as an executive assistant, transaction coordinator and now a licensed buyer’s agent. Analisa and her husband, Chase are the proud parents of 3 wonderful children; Abby, Tyler and Chance. Born and raised in Victoria, Texas, Stacy and her husband Clint moved to Burkburnett in 2005. Stacy received her license in 2007 and is eager to step out and be a buyer's agent. Stacy and Clint have 3 wonderful children; Cole, Kylee and Cohen. She is very active member of First Baptist Church in Wichita Falls. Her spare time is spent enjoying family and friends.
